Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
Tuesday, February 21, from 5 to 7:30, you are invited to come
enjoy our annual Pancake Supper! Cost is $8 for guests ages
13 to 64, $6 for seniors and children ages 5 to 12, and no
charge for children under 5. A family pack of up to five tickets
is available for $20.

Lenten Meditations
Lenten Meditation booklets have arrived and are available on
the Ministry Table. You may also sign up to receive the daily
meditations by email from Episcopal Relief and Development
by going here.
Wednesday Evening Suppers in Lent
Wednesday Soup Suppers are scheduled for February 29
and every Wednesday in March. They will begin at 5:30 pm
with supper for all. Discussion will begin at 6:00 p.m.; the
evening will end with Compline at 7:00 p.m. Childcare will be
provided. Our study this Lent will be based on A New Kind of
Christianity by Brian McLaren. You are invited to purchase the
book and read along (it is readily available at Barnes and
Noble and online), but you don’t have to have the book to join
the study!

Children's Chapel Leaders
We are calling for two or more new leaders for our regular
Children's Chapel service, which meets during the first half of
the 10:45 service each Sunday before the Eucharist. If you
love children, want to guide them into worship in the
Episcopal tradition, and can commit to leading chapel once a
month, we want you! Please contact the office or Darlene
Ross to get involved.
Music at St. John’s
Your participation is welcome! For information on the parish
choir, choristers (children’s choir), or St. John’s Ringers
(handbell choir), please contact Randy Knutson at the church,
369-3381, or at randyknutson@sbcglobal.net.
